Simple and Delicious Homemade Apple Sauce
Apple sauce is a simple, delicious, and healthy treat that you can quickly make at home in under an hour. Using fresh, organic apples, (preferably from a local orchard), some honey if you like your applesauce extra sweet, and some warm cinnamon, you too can have this healthy treat any time of the year.

- 10-20 Apples Pick your favorite
- 1 Tbsp Honey Optional
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Optional; To Taste
Wash your apples thoroughly
Peel and core your apples
Cut apples into bits and place into a large pot
Place pot on stove on medium heat, and let cook for 15 minutes
When apples are soft, transfer pot to the blender
Blend until desired consistency is reached
Place into indivdual containers and let cool completely
Store in the fridge or freezer
You can use any apples you like, so choose your favorite tasting.
This recipe stores well in the fridge for up to 7 days, or in the freezer for up to 1 year.
