Homemade Mixed Berry Jam
This is a delicious jam made in small batches so you don't have to can and store any (unless you want to of course!). Made with just 3 simple ingredients, I'm sure this jam will quickly become a family favorite.

Mixed Berries
Fresh

Tbsp
Lemon Juice
1
Cup
Honey
Raw, Unpasteurized
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, add the fruit, lemon juice, and honey.
Bring to a light boil and stir frequently. Reduce heat and allow to reduce for 30 minutes.
Optional Step: Mash the fruit after about 15 minutes.
The jam is done when you scrape the bottom of the pan and the jam does not immediately return to fill the void.
Place in a mason jar or sealable container. Enjoy!
Notes
This jam is good for up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
