Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 1.5 Cups Pastry Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 3 Bananas Medium
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 Cup Butter Softened
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375℉
Line muffin pan with silicone liners.
Combine sugar, bananas, egg, butter, and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon into muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cook for 10 minutes before removing muffins from the pan. Enjoy!
- Substitute pastry flour for all-purpose, or even whole wheat flour!
- If you don't have silicone liners, you can purchase some here. Alternatively, paper liners work just fine!
- You can substitute the chocolate chips for your favorite chips (white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, dark chocolate chips, etc).
